job duties
- Plan and implement teachers’ public teaching and course plans, and be responsible for revising the planning and evaluation of flexible learning courses.
- Promote the operation of teachers’ professional learning communities and promote professional exchanges and growth among teachers.
- Promote various reading projects, including newspaper reading projects, hands-on reading, book chatting projects and shared reading list planning and management, and assist in the management of class books and book boxes.
- Organize field conferences and academic year conferences, and plan arrangements and ion activities for winter and summer vacation assignments.
- Printing reading-related certificates to promote the Love Library project and increase students’ interest and participation in reading.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of school equipment, and assisting the school magazine editor in content planning and publishing operations.
