Reply一、初步依SOP處理，尚無法排除微軟系統更新後USB之狀況，業已聯繫觸屏廠商與桌機廠商安排工程師聯合會勘，111年9月14日（三）下午4時到6時桌機廠商先行完成修復。
二、111年9月15日（四）觸屏廠商工程師現場確認ccd只能接觸屏，不能接桌機的原因。
