  • Responsible for the promotion of activated teaching and diverse learning plans, as well as the planning and execution of related bidding briefings.
  • Plan and arrange teacher study activities, assist teachers in writing class management plans, formulate school calendars and implement classroom inspection procedures of the Academic Affairs Office.
  • Handle the application and implementation of various projects or plans, such as aesthetic education plans and children's beauty museum cooperation plans, etc.
  • Promote morning reading and storytelling volunteer activities and help plan school events such as Christmas celebrations.
  • Assist in matters related to classroom layout observation, tutoring group in-school counseling and teacher ion.
  • Handle temporary assignments and other academic affairs related matters.

  • Responsible for the promotion of the bilingual curriculum highlight school project, the oral English project, and the expansion of the implementation of the plan to introduce foreign English teaching personnel.
  • Handle local language-related business, including teaching planning and implementation of new residents’ languages ​​and aboriginal languages.
  • Plan school-wide class schedules, handle teacher scheduling and substitute teaching matters, and manage teacher hourly fees, including substitute fees, part-time fees, tutoring groups, and reasonable post salaries, etc.
  • Responsible for arranging assignments and printing relevant certificates, including regular assessments, semester assessments, and progress awards.
  • Plan teachers’ learning activities and manage teachers’ learning hours to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Organize in-school Chinese competitions and other related language activities to improve students’ Chinese ability and participation in competitions.

  • Responsible for student status management and student transfer-out and transfer-in matters, including transfer applications and referrals during winter and summer vacations.
  • Handle the planning and application of total school control measures, and coordinate matters related to the admission of new students.
  • Processing the distribution of school supplies and scholarship applications for economically disadvantaged students, including subsidies for academic funds and fee collection.
  • Responsible for textbook-related business, including ion, distribution, acceptance and execution of fund disbursement operations.
  • Check the registration form and various charges to ensure that the information is correct, and apply for relevant supporting documents, such as school certificates and English transcripts.
  • Manage matters related to student performance evaluation to ensure that evaluation assignments are carried out smoothly and comply with specifications.

  • Plan and implement teachers’ public teaching and course plans, and be responsible for revising the planning and evaluation of flexible learning courses.
  • Promote the operation of teachers’ professional learning communities and promote professional exchanges and growth among teachers.
  • Promote various reading projects, including newspaper reading projects, hands-on reading, book chatting projects and shared reading list planning and management, and assist in the management of class books and book boxes.
  • Organize field conferences and academic year conferences, and plan arrangements and ion activities for winter and summer vacation assignments.
  • Printing reading-related certificates to promote the Love Library project and increase students’ interest and participation in reading.
  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of school equipment, and assisting the school magazine editor in content planning and publishing operations.

  • Responsible for promoting the bilingual digital learning companion program and assisting in the establishment and daily maintenance of the school website.
  • Apply for Apple Teacher certification, and be responsible for the establishment and management of Google accounts for teachers and students.
  • Manage various system accounts of faculty and staff across the school, and perform daily maintenance and problem handling.
  • Maintain a dedicated webpage for "Learning even if classes are suspended" and plan relevant on-campus drills to ensure that distance teaching needs can be implemented smoothly.
  • Responsible for the management and borrowing of school information equipment, including the use, scheduling and maintenance of flatbed trucks during the school year.
  • Promote digital advancement plans and technology education and exploration activity plans, and be responsible for the management, maintenance and data filling of relevant information systems.
